  • How do I know it’s genuine?

    Because we make it. Every wood is sourced from origin and every piece is strung in our own workshop. Ask us on WhatsApp for close-up photos of your exact piece before it ships.

  • Why pay more than a ₹299 mala?

    Genuine sandalwood, rudraksha and karungali cost more than a ₹299 price allows. You’re paying for the real material, hand-knotting, and people who answer when you message.

  • What if it doesn’t fit?

    Bracelets are made to your wrist and malas to the size you choose. Not sure of your size? Message us and we’ll guide you.

  • When will it arrive?

    Every piece is made to order. We share your dispatch date when you order, and shipping is free across India.

  • I’ve never used a mala. Is this for me?

    Yes. A mala asks nothing of you but a few quiet minutes. Ask us how to begin — we’re happy to help.

Frequently asked

Which materials do you work with?

Six: Rudraksha seeds, and Karungali (ebony), Red Sandalwood, White Sandalwood, Devadaru and Coconut woods.

Are your malas handmade?

Yes. Every piece is hand-strung and knotted in our own workshop in New Delhi — no middlemen. Small variations in grain, colour and bead size are natural, and a sign of genuine material.

What’s the difference between 108, 54 and 27 beads?

108 is the traditional count for a full round of japa. 54 and 27 are half and quarter rounds — lighter and easier to carry. Bracelets are made to be worn through the day.

Can I choose the bead size?

Yes. Beads range from 6 mm to 20 mm; coconut beads from 6 mm to 12 mm. Sizes above 12 mm are made to order.

Can I design my own mala?

Yes. Our Design Your Mala tool lets you choose woods, rhythm, bead size, knotting, guru bead and tassel. Send us the design and we’ll confirm the details with you on WhatsApp.

How should I care for my mala?

Keep it away from water, perfume and harsh chemicals, and out of long direct sunlight. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth and store it in its pouch.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping within India is free.

How can I pay?

UPI, credit and debit cards, and other prepaid options at checkout.

What is Rudraksha traditionally used for?

Rudraksha has been used for japa and meditation for centuries and is traditionally associated with Lord Shiva. We share what tradition holds; we don’t make health or healing claims.
