Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with your mala or bracelet. Here is exactly how returns, cancellations and refunds work.

Classic pieces

Our classic single-wood malas and bracelets (Rudraksha, Red Sandalwood, White Sandalwood, Karungali, Devadaru, Coconut) can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the return is due to our error.

Customised pieces

Customised malas and bracelets, including custom wood combinations, bead counts, sizes, knotting or guru bead choices, are hand-strung specifically for you after you order.

  • You may cancel free of charge before we begin stringing your piece.
  • Once stringing has begun, customised items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged for change of mind or an incorrect size selection you chose yourself.

This is always covered, on every item

Regardless of whether a piece is classic or customised, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund if:

  • the item is defective or damaged in transit
  • the wrong item was sent
  • the item does not match what was described on our site
  • delivery happens later than the date we promised you

To claim any of the above, please share a photo or short video within 48 hours of delivery.

Natural variation

Rudraksha, sandalwood, karungali and other natural materials vary in grain, colour, bead size and scent from piece to piece. This is a sign of genuine material, not a defect.

How refunds work

Once a return or cancellation is approved, we initiate your refund within 7 days to your original payment method. Bank or card crediting time after that depends on your bank or payment provider.

Order cancellation

You may cancel any order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, or before we begin making your piece, whichever is earlier. If we need to cancel your order for reasons on our end, such as stock or logistics issues, we will refund you in full.

How to start a return or cancellation

Message us on WhatsApp or email support@ishwartattva.in with your order number. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
