Our products

We work with Rudraksha seeds, and Karungali (ebony), Red Sandalwood, White Sandalwood, Devadaru and Coconut wood, hand-strung to order in our own workshop in New Delhi. Because these are natural materials, small variations in colour, grain, bead size and scent are normal and not a defect.

Our products are sold for traditional, spiritual and everyday use based on long-standing belief and practice. We do not claim that any product cures, treats or prevents any medical condition, and our products are not a substitute for medical advice.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout. Payment must be completed before we begin processing your order. We use secure, third-party payment gateways and do not store your card or bank details.

Shipping

We ship across India, and internationally, subject to the restriction below. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by logistics or circumstances outside our control.

Red Sandalwood products are currently available for delivery within India only. Export of Red Sandalwood items is restricted under Indian trade regulations, and we do not ship these items outside India until the necessary authorisation is in place.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details, including the difference between classic and customised pieces. We do not charge a cancellation fee for orders cancelled before production begins.

Your consent

By completing checkout, you confirm your order and agree to these terms. We do not use pre-selected checkboxes to add products or subscriptions you have not chosen yourself.

Intellectual property

All text, images, designs and logos on this website belong to Ishwar Tattva. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order. This does not affect any right you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
